Career Transition Service/Outplacement

At times a company is forced to make difficult decisions regarding good employees.  The decision to layoff an employee may be due to a downturn in the economy, a merger or acquisition or simply because the person is not suited for that position.   Compass Career Counseling can assist the employer and the employee by helping that person find meaningful employment in another company or profession.  We work one-on-one with the employee to develop a resume, interviewing skills and do some assessments if appropriate.  We tailor the package for each individual or group.  Other services that we offer include:
